Construction of landscaped picnic/bbq facilities for the community to meet, to picnic, to enjoy and to observe the activities on this play space and have adequate all-weather protection.

- Project 1: A Pump Track to be constructed at South Werri Reserve as a permanent recreation asset.
- Project 2: An expansion of the Skateboard Track
- Project 3: A Beginners Bike Track to be constructed at South Werri Reserve
- Project 4. An infant and toddler play space.
- Project 5: Reclaiming of the bird life pond within the existing low level rainwater catchment area.
- Project 6: Construction of landscaped picnic/bbq facilities
